Difficulty reaching orgasm,
delayed ejaculation,
and premature ejaculation

Have you ever tried holding water with your hands to carry it from one container to the other? That is a lot like trying to deal with anything related to orgasm... It almost feel like you have to be highly aware of every movement, where every-body part is, so that you make sure that everything goes like you want it to.

For some, it feels like getting close but never quite reaching orgasm, needing specific conditions, losing control, or feeling disconnected. And for you it might feel differently from any of those things...

Perhaps you get caught in a mental loop. You're not really enjoying sex, your mind is too busy thinking why you cannot get there... why is it taking so long... how you need to focus otherwise you'll finish right away...

But sex shouldn't feel like juggling...

In therapy, we understand which is you unique pattern, and [this might sting -  but don't overthink it for now] how it has helped you... Perhaps your body has simply learned a very narrow pathway of behaviour.

The thruth is, orgasm is less about effort, and more about experiencing.

Orgasm difficulties don't all look the same. they can involve:

  • Delayed orgasm / anorgasmia
feeling close but unable to reach it, or needing very specific stimulation

  • Premature ejaculation
orgasm happening faster than you’d like, often linked to tension and anticipation

  • Inconsistent patterns
where it works in some contexts (e.g., alone) but not others

So when we work together, we don't try to force orgasm. We work on understanding the patterns, and implementing the conditions that allow orgasm to happen more naturally.

The good news is that if you learned something that is making you suffer, you can also learn something that leads to the life that you want!

If this is something you’ve been dealing with, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

We can use a free 15-minute consultation to talk through what’s been happening and see if working together feels like a good fit.
